Fancied pizza late last night and ordered. Placed order on the app and soon received a called from Shania. She informed us that they only had 1 pan crust left. She offered the other crusts they had to offer and said sorry. When arriving she apologised once again and is just a fantastic person!! She’s so lovely and definitely knows what she is doing. She was multitasking sorting out closing of the store as it was late. As well as great customer service apologising once again about the pan pizza. I left there with a massive smile and very eager to each my pizza. Pizza was very hot and made perfectly. Definitely one of the best pizzas from Pizza Hut I’ve had in a long time Thank you again Shania x

Placed an order at 20:25 and was seen to by Mercedes, who was incredibly kind and helpful with all of our questions and concerns, and gave recommendations where asked. She also ensured that the gluten free pizzas were handled with care. Made a bad day great, thank you so much!
Vaani served us at Pizza Hut today and I felt well looked after. He answered any questions and was very polite towards myself and the others I was with. When anyone walked in he asked them how they were which goes a long way with customer service. He kept us up to date on our food and was so lovely. Can’t fault this Pizza Hut I’ll be coming here more often.
We got a take away pizza last night as we were staying in the travelodge.Got to say it was the best I've ever eaten Great staff the lovely lady manager was great a real credit to the company Will be back
